Free admission to the museum/special exhibition
“Typing Toys – Children’s typewriters and other tin toys from days gone by”
7.00 pm: Group dinner: Partschins, Gasthof “Krone” (please register!)

Saturday, 23 May 2026
9.00 am: Partschins Sports Centre
Welcome by Mayor Alois Forcher / Speaker Ulrich Schweitzer
Welcome by Director Kurt Ryba
Brief annual report on the museum by Maria Mayr
9.20 am: Presentation of the bachelor’s thesis on the Malling Hansen by Julia Praxmarer
9.40 am: Alessio Vescovo + Emanuele Vanzetti: Lecture on the IBM Selectric Composer
Coffee and croissants courtesy of the Municipality of Partschins
10.00–12.00: Exchange market at the sports centre
Followed by: Group lunch at the sports centre (‘À la carte’, please register!)
(14.00–17.00: free admission to the museum)
14.00: Fritz Niemann: Lecture on the Malling Hansen
17.00: Visit to the K.u.K. Museum Bad Egart in Töll (€10, please register!)
6.30 pm: Dinner at Restaurant Onkel Taa, Bad Egart, Töll

Sunday, 24 May 2026
9.00 am: Concert by the Partschins local Band on the church square
9 am–5 pm: Free admission to the museum
9.30 am: Meeting point at the Texelbahn valley station: journey to Giggelberg and hike along the Merano High Trail to Unterstell (approx. 3.5 hours; Combicard cable car ticket €17), where we will take the cable car to Naturns and then the bus back to Partschins (line 266, last bus at 5.43 pm).
12.30 pm: Lunch at Gasthof Pirchhof on the Meraner Höhenweg (à la carte, please book in advance!) We then continue hiking to the Unterstell cable car (approx. 1 hour) and take the cable car down to Naturns
